So I bought my first civic late last year. 2014 SI. I’ve noticed a weird whining noise coming from the engine only when it’s in gear almost a deceleration noise but it’s constant and when I let out of the throttle it’ll go away for a second and then come back. When it’s in neutral or the clutch is engaged and you rev it up it doesn’t make the sound. Only while I’m driving. I was curious if anyone has anything for this or is it a cause for concern?
