Hey,
Today I changed my valve cover gasket, it was a nice calm day, then all of a sudden, the wind picked up just for a few seconds and I saw alot of random crap went inside the engine, no way of getting all that **** out. Used a q-tip to get what I could see, the big pieces. Will that damage my engine or the filter should pick up most of that crap for now. Thanks.

Depends on what got in.
Dust, grass and insects are probably fine; basically anything softer than metal.
Things like sand are a concern though.

Dunno what went in, but I saw some little bits of the engine debris that sits next to the valve cover like dirt and a little sand, but not much.

Clean it the best you can, drain the oil and with the valve cover off, run 4 liters of oil through the engine, trying to get the rest out.

...sand entering the rod bearings, leading to loose rods and a rod through the block, no bigy.
Lol
You're probably fine though.
