Hi, all cables are in there. I even checked the clutch slave and it's all okay. it even has a new clutch on it. The clutch feels good. I can hear some weird noise if I put it on gears. it sounds like something is sliding or something

Re: Transmission problem

Is an axle not seated in the transmission? That could cause some grinding noises and would also make it feel like it's not in gear.

OK, so you meant that when you push the shifter lever, it apparently gets into the gears, but it does not move?

Yes, even if the engine is off. I put it into gears to see if it locks but it doesn't. It feels like it's still in neutral.
