You would need the EX cylinder head, the EX wiring harness, and the EX ECU.
If you want to take full advantage of VTEC, look at Pirate Garage's D16Y8 cam in a D17A2 video on YouTube on how they did it.
If you want to run that much boost I think you would need forged rods and a solid ECU (K-Pro) to handle that. You would also need to install the D16Y8 intake manifold because the stock plastic one is notorious for busting.
