I have a 2002 Honda Civic LX 1.7L Engine. It has a combination header and catalytic converter. I am planning to modify the exhaust system in the future and I’m not sure what I want to do about this combination header.

Do I have to run without a catalytic converter if I upgrade the header... or are there aftermarket systems available that come with a catalytic converter to replace my existing setup — further back in the exhaust system? I would obviously have to replace the header and the rest of the exhaust system all at once:
