2004 VP Inner Door Panel Removal

I used to have a Haynes Manual that had a lot of useful information on it, including how to remove the inner door panel. However, I don't have that manual any more. I have one coming to me.

Does anyone know how to remove the inner door panel for a 2004 Civic VP with manual windows? I need to replace the door lock cylinders, door handles, etc.

Remove the window crank, pop off the trim panel by the mirror, pop the little panel off that's behind the door handle, 2 screws there. Pull out the door handle and release the rod. Then one or 2 more screws in the armrest

So question: how do you remove the window crank? Do you just pull it out?

As far as the screws in the arm rest, they're hidden, and I don't want to pull something out that's not meant to be pulled out in order to access the screws. What do I need to pull up or off in order to access the screws in the armrest?

Thank you for your help!

Isn't it just a clip? I use the rag trick or a pocket screwdriver

I could not fit a rag in there, and it's a U-ring. You have to push it up into the top of the handle in order to get a little screwdriver or something back there. Perhaps a paint can open could get it next time.
