trying to fix 2 loose parts

This bar was connected to the top part of the driver door panel. Most of the lips are damaged now. Does this call for a door panel replacement or can I find this part for sale alone?

garnish pillar?
I am not sure what this is called. It connects the passenger window to the front windshield horizontally. It connects the dash to the ceiling vertically. It's in the interior and could possibly be called garnish pillar, but I'm not sure if this is entirely correct. So it just hangs like this. If it just decides to hang like this what would be the best way to fix this?

This is my first post on this website so please let me know if I am doing anything wrong posting wise. Thanks in advance for any help!!!

Welcome to the site!
We need the year, trim and number of doors.
Here are some diagrams assuming a 2003 LX 4dr

You may just need a clip for that hole on the chassis for the A-pillar garnish - I can see the hole in the pic. https://parts.sonshonda.com/showAsse...rimLevel=24896

See the other part in this diagram? https://parts.sonshonda.com/showAsse...rimLevel=24896

2005, coupe, EX? that's trim?.
I think I figured it out now Ex is the trim, but I would find other cars with slight changes. Mine must be the special edition because I have the spoiler. I found a 2000 civic ex at the local pick n pull's website, but it seems too different from mine. I was thinking of getting a whole driver door, cuz my window needs me to pull it up to close properly and the door panel seems to be broken since the top part that touches and guides the window just disconnected from the rest while I wasn't even using much force. Now I can't put back on the door panel and neither open nor close that door properly.
