pulsating brake 05 coupe, 1.7

I'm wanting to know of any brake upgrades available for my civic. I am particularly interested in 4 wheel disc brakes. Any help appreciated.

EP3's and Canadian Acura EL's had rear discs. Those will swap over. Hell of a lot of work, though.

You have plans for the car that require upgraded brakes?

re: pulsating brake 05 coupe, 1.7

There seems to be a common issue with OEM pulsating.

None that I’m aware of. Are you buying cheap rotors?

We have had our 05 since 2010 and put ~150k miles on it. Only had to change the rear drum shoes once...probably could have left them as-is, as there was still plenty of material left. We have changed the front pads 3-4 times. Replaced the rotors a couple of times. That always solved any pulsing brake pedal feel for us...

NAPA premium rotors and you should be good.
They are not that expensive...

changed thread title to a more descriptive one.

Re: pulsating brake 05 coupe, 1.7

Bought my '01 from my neighbor who was the original owner. Ran that thing over 200k miles and only pulsated right when I bought it because the rotors were warped right to hell from sitting so long.
