pulsating

I had a e brake cable seize a while back dragging the right rear. I have since replaced right drum and both wheels shoes. The damn thing is still pulsating at highway speed decelerations. I isolated it to the right rear (again) with parking brake while driving a very light tick.

what are the possible causes? I warranty replaced the new drum 1 time already. did i get a second bad drum?

Re: pulsating

could possibly be unrelated to the rear brakes, check on your front rotors
