Need help,pulsating lights!!!!!!!!

hello everyone.im new here and need some electrical help.hoping someone can assist me.i have a 2001 civic ex sedan.seems all the lights are pulsating in the car,including the headlights.i replaced the alternator and battery with brand new oem parts.the problem still persists.i checked all the grounds and fuses,still nothing.if anyone here can help out it would be greatly appreciated.thanks.
if this has been covered before,feel free to guide me in the right direction.

Check the alternator wires for a short or open.

Is the stereo on bust when this happens? Start pulling fuses one by one until it stops.

Not sure about 2001 but a bad ELD might be part of the problem. Check out a thread in 6th generation Civics about "96 Civic needs help w/electrical problem."

if u are running a high powered stereo system u may need a power capacitor because ur using to much power and that will make your lights dim every time a bass note hits.

Capacitors suck, don't use them. It's like putting a Band-Aid on a broken leg.
