pulsating lighs

pulsating lighs
02 civic 68 k, at night I notice a slight pulsation of dash lights and head lights, mostly at idle. seems more noticable when engine is cold. Alternator out put is good. Could be sign its going out? Battery is new and good.
Any thing else to look at?
