2001 civic with ABS brake proportioning valve reset
My 2001 civic had a sticky front caliper so replaced both calipers and in the process also the master cylinder. In the following brake bleeding process, rear brakes didn’t get any fluid. I figured the proportioning valve kicked in to stop fluid to the rear brakes. I tried many tricks I learned from YouTube to try to reset the proportioning valve to no avail. Now I think I have the following options:
1. remove the proportioning valve and try to reset it (is there any way to do it)then reinstall it.
2. Go to a junk yard to remove it from a donor car the replace the one on my car
3. Go to a mechanic to reset the valve.
What do you guys think?

I have to add that I did whole brake system bleeding 3 months ago with no issues. The fluid to rear brakes were cut off after recent calipers and master cylinder replacement.
