Civic 1991 proportioning valve

Civic 1991 proportioning valve
Rear brakes out of balance, appears to be proportioning valve. Can anyone confirm there are two hydraulic lines from the valve, one to each back wheel independently? There is too much stuff covering the valve to see it properly. If there is only one feed to both brakes then it cant be the problem
