Clutch/Shift Level

New here so if I'm in the wrong area let me know. I have a manual 2003 Honda Civic Hybrid. Probably around a month ago my shift lever is having a difficult time going into gear even while depressing the clutch. It's got to the point it resists my efforts and I have to put a lot of force, to force it into gear. Also, once in awhile it shifts into gear effortlessly as it did in the past. This happens every now and then but few and far between. I've changed the transmission fluid. Friends suggest bleeding the master cylinder. Others think I might need a clutch adjustment. I replaced the clutch and flywheel 6 years ago. So I'm pretty certain that isn't going out. Any suggestions or ideas why this might be happening all of a sudden? Thanks!
