Shifter Cable Broke
One of my shifter cables broke after trying to drive from a stop up a hill and now i cant use any gear but 4th and i think 5th
I want to fix asap and the shop said come back on friday and they would have to order the parts.
Im very low on money so cheapest way and fastest is preffered.
Would i be able to go to a junkyard and find or is there stores that sell this part i live in long island, ny.
And will i need a new transmission now or will the cables fix all my shifter problems

If you just snapped a cable then you should just need cables. Junkyard will be cheapest, however they might not last long but at least you will be able to drive and wait for new ones
