i bolted it down and connected the cables and everything and tried shifting but it doesnt seem to want to go to first or second, like it barely moves what did i do wrong and howe can i fix it?

it seems like it just sticks a little bit but i lubricated everything and i dove around the block so it works, if you got greys upgrade kit do you need both e clips at the same place and where does the second washer go, one goes on the cable below the shift know and the other one where?

I only used one E clip to hold the linkage cable. I didn't use the second one.

Both washers got on the bolt that holds the cable. The rubber side in, metal side out. It should be on either side of the cable.
