Is this engine worth rebuilding?
Hey guys, I'm planning to do a rebuild on this motor in my 2002 civic with the d17a2. Does it sound like rod knock to you guys? I'm wondering if it's worth taking apart or if I should just get an engine from the pick and pull. Here's a video of it running https://streamable.com/1d2ckd.

A lot more extra cost and time involved in rebuilding vs dropping in a junkyard motor. You still need to redo some gaskets on the junkyard motor but it's way less involved. Plus you get warranty on the junkyard motor.
