Hey I’m new here. I have a 2002 ex my. I have a p1259 code that I can’t figure out. I have put two new vtec solenoids in. I cleaned and replaced all the bad grounds and ohmed it out. I’m getting power to the plug and everything looks good but every time I go over 4000rpms the light comes on and puts me in limp mode. Any suggestions on what else I should be checking and has anyone else had a similar issue?

Aftermarket vtec valves? Wiring looks ok?

Yes both are aftermarket. I looked at reviews before I bought them. The wiring does look good. Im leaning towards maybe an ecu issue because about a week ago at the Dunkin drive thru my gauges dropped and my lights on the dash came on then when I started driving off everything went back to normal.
