Exclamation AC doesn't cold after Heater been active

Hi Guys again, you might remember me from a previous thread i initiated before about my Temp Gauge going crazy and start-up problems. I've been having for the most part issues with overheating as its common on our vehicles, so usually what I do whenever I have an overheating issue is turn the Heat blower to circulate the hot air outside the cabin and it usually works like a charm... But it leaves a nasty issue behind... Once that the car stops Overheating and I check and fill the coolant reservoir, the AC Unit just simply wont blow cold air of it until next day, or at least 12 hours after overheating occurred... Why would that be, is the Heater core valve stuck, or should it be the Thermostat?

Thanks in advance for all of your help!

Once that the car stops Overheating and I check and fill the coolant reservoir,
Fill the radiator first.

Yes, I forgot to include that I also fill the radiator and coolant reservoir when the engine stops overheating... It just intrigues me that AC doesn't blow cold air after all of that is being filled up afterwards but before using the AC Again.

This could be unrelated as well. A/C compressor clutch air gap may be too large causing slippage and overheating. Compressor would go into a thermal lockout until it cools off (multiple hours).

As others mentioned focus on the overheating issue before looking at the A/C.
