Civic Noise-What is the possible issue?
I have a 2005 Civic 4 door. I have noticed recently that upon accelerating from a stop, for about 3-5 seconds, I hear a very faint shrill noise. The noise goes away and I don't seem to hear it again? Or at least I can't hear it due to engine and street noise.
Suggestions on what it might be or things to check? Belt? Thank you.

What belts are on this car: alternator belt/ac belt, serpentine belt, power steering belt etc? Since I am noticing when accelerating and not when turning on the AC, probably the power steering belt?

need to check both of them, they probably both need adjustment and/or replacement

Also check power steering fluid level.
