Any easy way to check TB tensioner torque?

Head gasket repair brain fail. Sorry for this idiot question!!! Any easy way to check the tensioner once the head cover and belt covers are on? ...and nearly everything else on too???

So I got 99% of the car put back together last night... I’m working today and mentally walking back my work... I don’t remember torquing the timing belt tensioner. I remember pulling this set pin when you are all done, but I don’t recall torquing the damn bolt??? Did I do it or not? ...major *** pain to check now.

You put the timing belt on, torque the damn tensioner bolt, attach the tensioner spring, then pull this grenade pin. I know I did the spring and pin.

Unfortunately there isn't any short cuts other then breaking the lower timing cover off and getting the the bolt.

Any chance I can pull off my AC and alternator belts, then remove the crank bolt and pulley and pull the bottom cover off without removing the upper cover? Except for that middle bolt. -garage door syndrome! did I close it, I don't know!!!

So just to follow-up on this... You can indeed take off the belts and crank pulley, then remove the lower cover belts and sneak a crescent wrench up to validate the bolt is actually tight. I was even able to remove the tension with a 6mm allen wrench at the same time. So, if you are a super idiot like me it is recoverable without taking everything apart again. BTW, mine was already tight. :/

Do yourself a favor and make a checklist of completed items so you don't have to worry.
