Help with Odd Electrical Issue [solved]

I bought a 2004 Civic the other day. It just began not making any noise when turning the key. The dash lights come on, fans turn on, but when you turn the key there is no clicking, no sound, nothing.
I have checked the battery with a meter and it has 12v
I checked and power is getting to the starter. I also sent power directly to the starter and tested the function. It will turn the engine.
The alternator is working because if I turn the ignition to ON and use a wire to get the starter to turn the car will start and run just fine. Sending 14V to the battery
I think something is wrong between the ignition, ignition switch, or relay. I took the starter relay out of the car and tested it based on a youtube video. It switches and has continuity.
The next thing I am going to try is the ignition switch.
Does anyone else have any ideas or suggestions?

Fuse 20 (40A) in the under-hood fuse box good?

Starting circuit is fairly simple. You will need to troubleshoot.

Re: Help with Odd Electrical Issue

We discovered it was the clutch switch. The rubber pad that depresses the switch was missing and had been Jerry rigged with tape which failed.
