Hi guys,

2004 civic dx auto. Manual windows, locks, and stock radio. Stock DX Value Package

Car had lights left on at a parking garage as I went to pay the toll(10ish minutes) drained battery just enough where starter wouldn't turn over(just fast clicking). Had it jumped and after getting home realized how weird it was acting.

When all lights turned off, all the outside lights flash on and off. I can't turn those lights off at all. I hear a clicking noise for turn signals but I'm not using them. Since I can't turn it off, I've been relegated to disconnect the battery after I take the key out. Dash lights will flash on and off including the center dash lights like the ac.

I've checked every fuse under the hood and all are good. I've check all fuses under dash that are relevant and were all good(#10 and #20).

Any ideas? I'm reading it may be a multiplex issue. But I cant seem to find symptoms of those if it were.

Alarm is angry! Aftermarket? Dealer installed accessory?

Got a red LED anywhere on the dash? Middle of the steering column top cover?

I was CERTAIN there was no alarm but I remembered my brother had an aftermarket alarm installed years ago. I also remembered it going off in the middle of the night and he cut it out and threw the speaker away. After your post I just went in there and made sure and found a button and my life was instantly better once I pushed it...
