Rep Power: 0 I ordered a red unerbody kit, and it should be coming in soon. But what I wanted to know was if anybody could give me some electrical help (even only what parts I should by) to be able to run the on/off switch to my underbody through the change cup, and install a switch there. I don't know jack about installing switches, gauges, or really anything electrical, but installation by a car shop would be anywhere from $125-$200. Unfortunetely, I don't have that kind of money right now. Any help would be appreciated!

Rep Power: 0 Well, to start off, the kit should come with most of the stuff you need to install it. The tools and supplies I used were:
16 gauge wire
butt-connectors
Electrical tape
Drill
Drill bit
Screw driver attachment

Here's the link to the installation instructions for the Streetglow kit. It should explain how you should place the tubes under the car, and how to wire the tubes in series. If you need any more help, just send me a PM or e-mail. BTW, where's Mandeville and what kit did u get?
Good Luck!!

Rep Power: 0 The install is a snap. and look at the DIY for remaoval of the center console to mount you switch...Also there is an 8 gauge white wire that come in tru the firewall, tap into it for you power. that wire is indirectly connected to your battery and the other end of the switch will goto the red wire on your transformer. Get some self taping screws to mount your tubes with. Also the transformer does not need a ground. The metal bracket that is made onto the transformer is also the ground. So make sure that you put it on something that is properly grounded...ie. driver side wheel well under the hood. that is where I put mine.
I hope that this will be of some assistance.
