My civic won’t turn on

I try to start my civic and I hear one click when I turn over the key. The battery is good same with the starter. Any ideas on what it could be?

Post a video. The way you described it, it's anything from a bad relay to a locked up engine.

Bad brake pedal position switch or its circuit? This and the battery, starting and charging system checks.

why do you know starter is good, out of curiosity?
it's common during winter for rodents to get under the hood (warmer for them) and start chewing wires)
Also, check if timing belt is OK first. If it snapped, your pistons are touching the valves and if you try to force, it will bend the valves.
