Name this part

Can anyone tell me what part this is? It's under the air intake box and to the left of the ECT sensor.

Also, could this part be responsible for the radiator & a/c fan not kicking on?

Not sure, but I think that's the temperature sensor for the ecu. The other one is the fan switch. Double check though.

1.7 liter engine: Radiator fan thermoswitch is located on the thermostat housing
