2018 Civic Sport Hatch here, 1.5T CVT. 72k miles on the clock, about 60k with an aftermarket tune. Have no experienced fuel oil dilution. I heard it's mainly in northern/colder climate areas. I'm down in Vegas where it's "cold" like 2 months out of the year.
Every oil change, I take a good sniff of my used oil to see if I can smell any fuel smell and no such smell noted. No noted increase in oil level nor noticeable decrease either. I haven't officially sent a used oil analysis to Blackstone Labs, so nothing in an official standpoint with that respect.
