Rear arm rest dislodged

Hoping for some insight.....

Had a heavy object in the trunk of my 2017 Civic LX, and had to brake hard as someone dashed out in front of me. The object in the trunk slid and hit the back seat quite hard, so hard that it pushed it down, like it would be if I was hauling something in the trunk or car and had to put the seat down. No damage done to the back seat or trunk, but I notice now my rear fold down arm rest/cupholder is dislodged in that it won't fold up properly. I'm wondering if it's one of the hinges possibly? Feels like I could almost pull it right out.

Re: Rear arm rest dislodged

It looks like there is a long pin, maybe 3/8 diameter. I was able to fish around and looks like the pin popped out. I was able to re-seat it back in the spot it appears to belong Hopefully it does not come out again.

I found a video posted in one of threads on here about the rear arm rest/cup holder where someone changed the fabric, after my original post, and it led me to poke around, and hopefully resolve this.
