Where is the amp gonna be located? If possible try where everything else in the trunk grounds which is right next to the trunk latch, to the right under the black plastic thing

i'll post a pic. if you look in the trunk with the seats folded up, its the part at the very back of the trunk thats touching the seats. just pull back the carpet and look for a hole. i think you might have to drill your own and get a screw so its tight.
the metal chassis piece behind the rear taillights. if you open the carpet that covers the sidewalls of the trunk, you cant miss it. im sure you'll need to sand it down with some rough grit paper.
make sure you sand it down so its completely bare metal and no paint or overspray left on it.

Ah, I think I see the place diskreet was talking about. I just checked out my car. Though I have split seats so the metal doesn't go all the way across like that, it's just a little peace that sticks up with some holes in it. Can't I just use a regular nut and bolt with a washer in one of those holes. The washer will make it fit because the hole's too big.

ok just drill a small pilot hole and screw in any sheet metal screw. then you are done. and DO sand it so the surface contacting the ground point is more than the threads of the screw.

I don't have a drill or sandpaper so I did it with the options I have available to me. I took a look at the existing holes near the trunk and decided to go with this one. The bolt was too small for the hole so I had to use a washer and the only way I could get the nut on was to insert it into the lower hole and somehow line them up inside the frame using touch only with both hands. And I used a hex key to scratch the paint away from the hole.

I guess as long as it grounds properly.
