Back in April, I began to have problems with the car not starting. Usually it would be on the first start of the day, and would work fine the rest of the day. I would put the key in, turn it and nothing. The dash lights come on, but it does not even try to turn over. I would take the key out, try again and it would start. Over the course of April, May, and June it would happen more often. I do have a video of what it would do. But can't upload it here. Finally, it stopped starting. My brother in law works on cars and replaced the starter for me. The car worked fine for a few weeks, but in late August, it started again. Where it will not start on the first try. Not sure what is going on. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

I put a brand new battery in it. That wasn’t the problem. Still had the problem.

what have been checked?
What are the maintenance items done?
Have you replaced sensors? Were they OEM?

The car has 76k miles. We got the car at 36k miles. I haven’t replaced any sensors. And have only replaced the starter and battery. No other tests.

I would recommend to:

• get alternator tested (maybe it is not getting enough voltage) - just in case.
• have someone check the fuses under the hood and under the dash
