Yeah ill try to make it a meet this spring, I think I saw a few of you guys in August at sparta, there was 3 or 4 7th gens parked right behind the satnds. Except my cars modless compared to most of you guys, All I got is 17" rims,CAI, and exhaust. I just cant afford all the mods I want, I was thinkin of lowering in the spring but its just too expensive and I dont wanna be a plow in the winter, but who knows we'll see.

Yo Dennis!!! I've been here for a long time!!! I don't post because I haven't done a thing to my car since I bought the front upper struct bar from Big...way back in the summer!!!

Although I'm pretty busy helping this one guy out with ordering a Revo in the groub buy section. $100 USD!!! and he can get past customs.

A meet? Its friggin' -25 out there!!! I'll freeze my nuts off, besides I'm busy with my gf today. I can't wait till the LAC meets start up again when it gets warmer. Those were tons of fun and lots of nice cars.

I've been noticing that you guys are getting DH stuff. Keep me posted on what the gains are. I saw an HKS manifold for sale here a little while back for $200 USD. Shitz, I should have picked it up and piece a turbo kit slowly over time. I've another 5 years before my extended warranty runs out. ;-)

Have you guys seen the Honda SUT truck? What are you opionions on it? Head over www.vtec.net and find the pics.

Okay, I'm all over the place in this reply. Sorry, just a little happy these days...

APRBoy, stick with your InJen CAI!!! I haven't even converted it over to a SRI this winter, theres no point. It was a pain in the *** to do that winter and then put it all back again in the spring. Which reminds me, I should take a looky at the filter to see how its doing.

I should save up my money and get a GroundControl kit or do something to my car again soon. However, I could pass up a great deal on an iRiver 256mb mp3 player that should be at my house tomorrow.

Well the AEM V2 is supposed to give some good gains, more than the INJEn and lots more the normal AEM cold air. Going for a change. Dennis, have fun in Niagra with "the old lady" ha ha ha.

hopefully some of us can join macfay in the 15-sec club, although i'm sure he will be faster with all his mods.

Does anyone know a reputable shop that does PnP in the area?

I'm not sure if I can get into 15s again with 16" rims & tires...if I don't have $$$ by summer, I will just install the stock 14" tires back...then i should be in 15s...haha...

PnP...I thought it was plug and play...haha...

I love the lack of exterior mods, and ICE mods. hehehe. I think it's pretty clear you are an "all go and no show" kind of guy.

I got the 190t from ebay.ca. Listed here for $299, and got it brand new for $190 from a guy in Vancouver. The seller has amazing deals on mp3players and flash memory cards/sticks!!! Should be in today...hopefully!

What are you thoughts on yours? Do you like it? You're damn lucky getting the 390t!!! They have a whole bunch of new stuff coming out this year. I'll try to dig up the link from slashdot.org with all the pictures.

what makes it so easy to break in to a 7thgen?

And another Insurance question for you guy.

Ok did you guys let the insurance company know about mods such as aftermarket rims and tires and intakes? And if you say you have no mods can you get in big **** if they find out otherwise? What about lying about tickets? I got the form and it says to fill out all convictions in the last 3 years, now I have 2 speeding tickets but what would happen If I accidentally forgot about one or both of them?

as for tickets, if you don't fill it in...they will eventually know about it, cuz they bring up your driving record from MTO, and they will know about it...

as for mods....I actually called my broker and asked them as I never did any mods...and he said....

"if you plan to install any aftermarket products which change the original performance...i.e. increase HP as a result...you HAVE to report to the insurance company...otherwise, if you get into an accident...either your fault or not...the insurance company will reserve their right to not process your claim..."

he also said once u reported to them, they will re-adjust the total premium...higher of cuz...and they may reserve to discontinue your insurance at anytime...

so...I didn't report any to them...just watch out when you are out there...

It sure was an interesting morning APRboy, having someone break into my car and all. (Im ****ing retarded and locked my keys in the car while it was running!!!!) first time in 6 years of driving though.

APR- I didn't have enough time to install the intake yet, but I put the injen filter on my existing SRI and noticed a nice improvement in the top end, revs climb faster.

As for insurance, I don't even know why they ask you about convictions since thery slways order an MVR before insuring a client. There is no point to lying on it, in fact i know of someone personally who has been denied coverage for 'non-disclosure' of a few tickets.

Yeah I found out that if you do lie they can refuse you any coverage and so will most other companies once you have insurance fraud under your belt. So guess I just gotta tell the truth and do a lot of calling around tommorow and try and find the lowest price.

The quote he gave me was 3400/year wich is about 280/month and thats without any tickets. Im fuct I just cant afford like 350 or what ever its gonna be when they count in my tickets. maybe I should just sell my car and by a p.o.s.

So I know all you guys have to deal with the same **** and im whinning here but I need some help. Anyone got any advice or tips or a reccomendation on an insurance company????
