Were they giving out good deals on the 2000 civics when you bought your s Macfay? Wonder how cheap they were letting Si's and Sir's go for?

before I decided to buy 7thgen, I was deciding to get civic hatchback SE(not the si or sir).

I asked one sales from formula honda in Scar., he told me that hatchback is a discontinue model civic, therefore, the price is up...I was like...WTF...so is the SIR...

then i asked markham honda (which is the dealer i bought my civic), they kind of saying the same thing, but at that time, there aren't too many to choose from...all they got were ugly colors and auto transmission...so I didn't get the 6thgen...

return home, and consider 7thgen is a new model...so decided to get new 7thgen...

Link works. That looks pretty stiff. It should do the job. Ask Braden about the springs, ha ha.

Hey APRboy were you at Future Shop lastnight with Tom and some other 7thgen owner?
I saw Tom there and I don't think he knew who I was but I talked to him at the car audio, but when I left I saw 2 silver 7th gens beside eachother.. I was almost positive the sedan was yours!

Haha yea I thought so when I saw the spoiler mounts on your trunk.. That 03Civicsi guy has the same stock bumper problems as me! I can't wait for the winter to be over so I can put my other stuff on.. haha. Next time I see your car I'll yell your name though.. I was gonna do that when I saw R1style at Whiteoaks! I spotted his car in the parking lot.. But yea my friend thinks your car looks really clean and so do I. Have you figured out which front you're getting or are you keeping it stock?

Thanks Joski. I think i'm gonna stick with the Buddy club i have now. I've always liked the original Buddy club. The wing will be off too. Wanna make the car look bottom-heavy so the wing doesn't help. Plus i think without the wing it will look cleaner. If you know anyone with a 4 door 7thgen that's interesetd in TYC chrome tails or wanting to swap their 03 stock tails for 02 stock tails, let me know.

ya i think it'll look much cleaner without the wing...even though i liked it on your car. Just depends on what you're going for i guess. That wing was probably the only reason your car got bumped into the wild category at the ballon fest car show.

well just becuase its got alot of mods doesnt put it in the wild category according to most show rules. "wild" is a term used for certain mods... paint schemes, strange conversions, unusual engine swaps or turbo setups, gobs of chrome...ect.

your car is highly modified...but not "wild". its tasteful, and well done.

well said Rich, but keep the context of the show in mind. At car fest there was few, if any, of the wild characteristcs you described

thats true...i thought about that afterwards...i guess they had to try and split up the cars based on number of mods so that they'd have enough cars in each group.

No prob bruno, definetely keep it up. Looking forward to seeing it with all the new pieces on it. Its definetely setting the tone for 4-doors.

I think almost all of you 7th gen guys have clean cars, unlike some neon green ricey cars that are less classy! I can't wait until everyone gets to bust out all of their new mods (including myself).. I honesly think Grand Bend will be very fun this year with the meet that Dasica (sp?) wants to set up or if we London Area 7thgens meet up! Ahhhh summmer

Yeah, why so late with Grand Bend? THat blows!! I heard their friday nights start sooner but i'd rather go to Sparta on Friday nights and possibly Saturda nights. Still a month and a half away!?! Hope time flys by. At least the weather looks like it's gonna be pretty good for a while.
