LONDON PEEPS: General Discussion (Part II)
so are we all up for the 7thgen team in discussion at the moment. I know Big's involved but i havent seen anyone else post up as of yet. Think it could be good...definetely wouldnt mind an all 7thgen group.
Big - Let me know how the install ended up. Wish i could of stayed to hear it, i'm sure it'll sound mean. Seems like if it wasnt for your aftermarket strut bars and the unlucky situation with the mount it could of been done in 2 hours. Keep me posted

thanks for the help guys, I already threw a CEL, but thats because of the placement of the o2 sensors, so I am going to:
1. Buy Si front sway bar
2. Get motormount fixed
3. adjust o2 sensor

Big, what were the problems you encountered with the install?
Did you have any clearance issues with the rear sway and the exhust?
Bruno- I haven't been out to look for belts yet. I'll keep you posted.

problems?
1) had to remove rear sway to get exhaust past it, then put sway back on.
2) progress front lower sway doesnt fit with the exhaust/cat
3) broken front motor meant had header resting on the front cross member
think thats it. Now that we've done yours mine and owens should be a piece of cake

haha, MY tranny!
Well I just got back from the dealer, here is the scoup:
1. Motor mount is replaced, NOT under warranty-----$195. This took care of the idle vibration, but the other is still there due to the piping rattling on the bottom of the floor, fitment issues that will be corrected.
2. Picked up a front sway bar and endlinks
Bar = $80
Endlinks = $26/each
3. CEL is still on, but I'll extend the sensors, and if that doesn't work I'll install the 02sim

wow 80 for the bar and 26 EACH for the endlinks!!!
Wont the lx/dx endlinks work on an ex bar??
Let me know cuase i've gotta go pick one up myself...for that price though i'm thinking of checking out what the wreckers got in stock in the way of 2001-03 Ex's
