LONDON PEEPS: General Discussion (Part II)
got towed tonight....which was total 
cause i know the meter had the cash in it...but thats a long story so i'll skip it.
Anyways...so i go get it and the guy asks for the $107. I know my rights so i say..."you'll have to take me to court, go fetch my car".....so he says ok...i give him my info and he says bye...i say i'm gunna check the car out before i leave. So i do and the bastards snapped my mugen front on the right side....a big snap too. Probably not fixable. So i pointed it out and asked to use the phone to call the cops to file a report for damaged property. Cop says since it was done by the lifting of the car and not due to a collision that its a civil matter. So i guess i'll be hounding them for the 350 and they'll be hounding me for the 107. In the end i'm probably screwed cause they'll drop the 107 and leave me with a broken front.
So to sum it up, i'm screwed out of a front for now and i very nearly beat the one driver down. SOOOO close.

i talked to the manager today.. he says
"it was like that before" ....and that...."he checked it out personally when it came in and it wasnt damaged during the tow". He said the driver told him it was like that when he got there.
But thats impossible cause when i first pointed it out to the driver he said..."**** sorry man, i didnt even notice that when i put it down" and then he explained how the rigging probably did it. All this in front of a witness that i know. And they're supposed to fill out reports about damage to the vehicle before they pick it up. They had no report for my car, cause its flawless.
So i'm gunna try and convice them that it will be wise to give my my cash or i'll go to court and force them to pay + legal fees + lost wages from court time. And i've got soooo much proof, its an open and close case.

Big - I got tons of witnesses to all parts of the scenerio...evidence wise i'm alright. I wouldnt mind some of you guys being witness to fact that the damage is not old damage that i'm trying to pass off. I guess APRboy and R1style were the last to see it @sparta. I doubt i'll actually need anything. Maybe a letter 6 months from now or something.

well the company is A&M quick pick...the lot was the one behind joe cools on central and richmond...at the pay meters on the left hand side of central. The guys there are all a bunch of grease monkeys trying to give me the run around. I've just about lost it on a few of them already for trying to give me the run around. When it comes to someone ****ing up my **** i dont take it to kindly, if i wasnt trying to be a cop and didnt need to keep my record clean i'd be over there right now trying out some of the kemp jujitsu moves i've dabbled in over the years.
