If i can get a go home today from work, i'll go to Sparta for sure!! I'll take my stereo out this time. That biznatch is heavy! I'll keep my wheels on. They weigh a lot less than stock.

imp: Have Fun Tonight Boys, I Might Show Up......But I Won't Run just because you have plans for improving the look of your car doesnt mean you cant run. It wont hurt it any.
Big - the mod...ah the mod.....i dont want someone to read it and copy the idea cause i want ot keep it original...but its not a cheap mod so i dont think that will happen.
I'm gunna have a marbel-ing paint job done on my hood and roof. If you dont know what that means, it will be the same NHBP colour with a slightly darker colour in it running like veins through it. Just the way marbel does. The veins are gunna either have either less or more pearl in it. Less will look like a flat black, more will be sorta silver veins. It's gunna look awesome. And the JDM syle now and days is to have both your hood and your roof a different colour from the rest of your car. It wont be very visible when looking from a distance but from 10 feet its gunna look hot. I'm also gunna do a custom full trunk fiberglass enclosure with 2 subs in it, painted in the same colour and with the flip flop trunk. And last but not least, i'm putting in a Mugen upper grill from the 6thgens, its gunna take some fitting but it will be worth it. All this along with kaminari sides and rear. I've figured out the $$$ and all this will be done by July of next year FOR SURE.
My goal is to do well in shows. I dont think that will be a problem

i forgot to mention the painting wont be done on my stock hood....its one of the hoods below that i'd get and have it done to.
Of course there is the possibility that i will change my mind and go for something else but i do know for sure that the car is gunna undergo a huge change. I know its a while away, but 1 year doesnt take long to pass when you're busy saving and making plans.

the other one.
Tell me what you think about my plan, and what hood i should go for.
these examples are carbon fibre...it wouldnt be a CF hood cause the texture would screw with the marbel look. If i skipped the marbel paint i'd get a CF hood for sure

Good times Macfay!!! Remember, you drive a 4 door. Don't worry, you'll break into the 15s. I have faith. It's too humid out right now. If it wasn't for my stereo i'd get all the pullies, but i think i'll just get the crank pulley. That shouldn't affect my stereo i hope.

7thGenCivicGuy, what kind of starter system?
btw...anyone know what's the advantage and disadvantage to have Engine Oil Cooler in our car?
Also, are there any coolants which is better than normal coolant...or do I have to change the radiator?

I heard that if you have the engine oil cooler, its a pain to have an oil change...is that true?

Hey 02civic, I'm looking to do a nice paintjob this winter too..
I was thinking a black base with a House of Kolor Sea Blue Kamileon Flake.. Its still up in the air though. I could get a pretty good deal on it and all, but I'm not sure how good it'll look with the style I am looking for.

Macfay... you can get Redline Water Wetter for the coolant but I think you might have to flush out your existing coolant inorder to use it. It's supposed to be really good though... Check it out LINK
02Civic - That's gonna look wicked! Great idea bro... I'm probably going to do that next season too..... hehe... just play'n.
BTW... I say get the Wings West C/F hood
Also, is anyone going to the LAC meet tomorrow? Just wondering because I'll probably show up with my hubcaps on (no rims)

The only reason I say it may not go with the look is because I am looking to get the Kaminari Full Front Fascia, Kaminari sides, and Tsunami rear. It should be pretty clean looking but I have a fairly large spoiler on my car. I'll try posting pics of it sometime.

here is a chip of the Kameleon flake I was looking at. I don't think I'd want that much of a flake though. I'm still not so sure, thats why I say its up in the air for now. Any comments are appreciated

joski... I say do the paint job. Something like that would look awesome, very unique. But then again, it's hard to say what it'd look like without actually seeing it in person with my own eyes.
APRboy... the rims are sold so I'm running around on stock hubbies for now
My next purchase is definatly going to be rims.... it just feels and looks weird down grading to my hubcaps again

Let Me Know Your Times Guys, I Still Wanna Hook My Car Up With Performance Though.....So Engine Is Still In The Plans To Have Work Done To It.
Cool 02Civic.....Sounds Like An Awsome Paint Job.
