2002+Si, is it ugly
i have an option tommorow of getting a white or blue Si tommorow but im worried about its looks, there saleing them here for 19480 at 1.9 apr which is going to be the amount i am paying now in payments, seeing the ex i got in 2000 was 10.5apr and near the same price.
would you get one or not. what do you guys think of them.

why did you start another thread about this? Of course it is ugly. But once you drop it and throw some rims on there, they look pretty hot.

Rep Power: 0 I agree that its to high in the air and looks like a minivan but this can fade out with springs and a bodykit. I believe that this is going to be my best project ever.
but again if everybody had the same taste then there would only be 1 kind of car on the road.

Rep Power: 0 I would get it, but yeah, work with them on the price. Personally, I don't think they're that bad looking. Once you lower it, put some rims on it, and possibly a body kit...they look sweet. So I'd get it if I was you.

hey man i have some news for you...You'll be driving it everyday not any of the members on the site if you like it then get it dont be influenced by what others think....Sure most think the plain stock SI is crap but look around on other SI sites and see what mods they have made to their SI to make it look cool..basically your getting a good deal with that APR...IMO

Rep Power: 0 its a 03, im getting it tommorow i think. ya, i showed my gf the car and she laughed, just like some ppl on the road will probaly do, but I can say "its whats on the inside that counts" till i get a bodykit and some springs.

Rep Power: 0 I say get it. I personally like the looks of it, especially after some exterior mods. Also, the Revhard tubo kit just came out for it. $3500 for 245 whp.
However, I agree with the others, get the price down from $19k. Local dealers are selling 03s here for around $16 in some cases. Good luck. I may trade my 02 EX in for one too if this 1.9% APR lasts another month.

Rep Power: 0 I think it looks ok. It's just tiny and kinda puny looking imo - I feel all hatches look that way though.
The interior is nice as hay. That's where you'll be spending your time anyway.
Anyhow, a lot of people don't like the looks but it was really the performance factor that killed it. The low-revving engine was a big nono.
I was just sharing MY opinion. YOUR opinion is the one that matters. I'd get it but you are getting raped at $19 grand. They can barely sell them and you are going to pay sticker?????? It's definately not worth 19 grand. My local dealer advertises them at 16,900.
