i know my car had to be towed, and they told me my car was low and they are not responsible and didnt want to tow it, the funny think is that it was stock and just a front lip that deoped it an inch if that, so they are 100% liable for the driveway and the car, then the dealer is for taking it w/o cause, it was there fault

i'm not paying for ANYTHING... the towing, any damages, etc... they reposessed a car that was paid for!... Honda Financial didn't have the cash in hand at the time, but i have talked to EVERYONE involved and EVERYONE knew that i was going to be coming in this afternoon to take care of everything... so yeah, i'm sure there's gonna be some kind of legal action... and please believe that i have a very well-paid attorney for instances like this lol...

my car was parked facing the house, so they had to tow it from the rear... i'm dropped on Neuspeed Race springs, and with the weight in my car, i'm tuckin all the way around... it's LOW... here's a pic of the stance back when it was completely stripped... picture this, with a few hundred more pounds added to the interior... so if it's jacked up, they're fixing it, AND they're gonna provide me with a rental until it's done (i have 3 other vehicles, but rental cars are fun lol... last time we went muddin' in a Pontiac Vibe, time before that i entered a burnout contest with a Chevrolet Malibu Maxx lol, all courtesy of Enterprise Rent-A-Car... i know, i'm an a$$hole, blah blah blah... so sue me )
