05 Type S
Costs more but a better investment because when it comes time to sell it won't depreciate like the Srt-4.
People have run High 13's with just Intake and Racing header with the 05's. So with two simple mods you got the srt beat NA(more reliable). Once hondata comes out thses 05's will be capable of low to mid 13's NA. And you can always boost it later on down the road.
If you want cheap speed with uncertain reliabilty go with the Srt.
If you want a classy, easily modded, reliable, better overall value at higher cost go with the Type-S.
I'm going with the S as soon as my vic is sold.
My best friend has an srt-4 stage 2 and I have drove it more times than i can remember. It is pretty fast but the best part for me is that you can upgrade it with a stage 2 upgrade and get to almost 300hp(with toys), Mopar is saying that the stage 3 will get about 350 but i'm not so sure about that. If you get and 04+ then it will also come with limited slip. And the thing that almost got me to get one is that all those upgrades are covered UNDER FACTORY WARRANTY. Try to turbo an rsx and get acura to look at your engine
. But to be fair that is the only advantage an srt-4 has. Style, looks as well as exterior and interior parts are a much better quality on an rsx. If a stock rsx is fast enough for ya or if you could care less about the factory warranty then I would definitely pay a little extra for an rsx.

This is too old, and I pray to God he didn't get that abomination of a car SRT-4. I don't care any way you slice it, that car is still a fvcking neon. You can strap nasa rockets to a turd and send it down the quarter mile in less than 3 seconds, and it's still a turd.
