He may have lost his license for a year and his job, but if he killed someone they don't come back after a year. I think you did the right thing and he should of thought a little harder before he did what he did.

Yeah, I don't exactly know how bad "cuts me off, almost causing me to run off the road" is?
Although if it was bad enough that you took notice then he was driving recklessly. Never drive above 90mph in moderate traffic! Hell, you usually don't drive over 80mph on the freeway. I usually keep it below 75mph. Anyway...
I think you did the right thing. I myself have gone over 100mph on several occasions, but I've never passed anyone at that speed. Someone passed me at that speed, but that's a different story. The point is that it wasn't just speed, it was endangering the lives of others.

the best part was standing next to that fool shoulder to shoulder while i was telling the judge what happened. I could feel him want to murder me there But I was bigger then him, so i had no worries lol

Pittsford is located in the great old state of Vermont just outside of Rutland. Yes, there is a Pittsfield in Vermont, but thats a totally different place. By the way, if you don't mind me asking where the hell is Housatonic?
