looks like i'll be leaving my beloved west coast abode and be moving to st. louis. What's the going rate/avg rent there anyways? Do you guys/gals have meets there? I'm just curious, cause i'll be starting a new business there.

- hey man, what kind of business you starting? like working with imports b/c if u do, open it up on the south side of stlouis. there is barely any competition there. most of the import business is in west stlouis where all the rich cats live. but there is a nice import scene on the south side that is brewing, also i live there during my summer vacaction from college.
- btw, rent depends on where you live: west county is most expensive, north st. louis can be described as the mainly black community- i grew up here but its very cheap due to property value, south stlouis has some nice places, so does central stlouis. rent can go as low as 300 for a 1bdrm to 500 and up.

Hey fellas, I am writing because I am from St. Louis, and like Desi thats where I am during the summer when I'm not in SC at school. I will be in St. Louis from May 12-29th or so. Long story short.... whats poppin in the Lou as far as imports. I want to get some things done to my 01 Civic while I'm home, learn some things, and just ride out.... Holla back
