IPCW Headlights?

So I've been having some headlight issue lately, the passenger side been bit dimming for weeks now and died on me. Took to a friend mechanic and he recommends replace them due to wiring issue. He mentioned he installed this IPCW headlight to one of his client and they are very pleased, really bright. I was checking online and seems 4WheelOnline.com and CarID.com have lowest price, but would like to ask peeps here for any experience before I pull the trigger?

Re: IPCW Headlights?

The headlight assembly doesn't have any "wiring" in it. How is replacing that going to help with a "wiring" issue?

Do you have HID's?

Re: IPCW Headlights?

No HID. My buddy found out the PO installed a relay for auto shut off when forgot to turn off the light and its busted. He recommends to remove the relay and restore the wiring as we replace the headlight.
