Low idle and Overheating
Low idle and Overheating
D15b7 Auto, I'm having the issue to where once the car is warmed up it struggles to start. Driving to a stop it nearly stalls out everytime and it's a Lil rough at idle and when sitting for a bit, sometimes it'll idle at 700-800(where it should be) now most of the time nearly 400 then I'll have to give it some gas at idle because it'll cut out. Then driving longer it'll boil the coolant to where it cooks it then eventually run out then overheat. I really don't have any ideas, like I could use a new radiater because it has the original one In it, where the radiater cap seal sits on the radiater it's pretty corroded so maybe its making a vacuum to the reservoir? Also having seen an issue where one of the ignition wires to the cap, the connector wasn't sitting snug fully. I don't know what it could possibly be, need the help in the right direction cause it's my only car at the moment. Head gaskets been change awhile ago and there's no coolant (or smoke) in the oil so it ain't that either.
