1995 Civic CX Hatch 5 spd. - B18B1 swapped:

Ok - I need help. This car ran FANTASTIC, then I pulled the dash,wiring harness & steering column out to upgrade to a cruise control & intermittent wipers harness & "tilt" steering column (as well as replace the entire rotting dash with a good one). I get everything put back together (minus the stereo because I need a new antenna wire) and EVERYTHING works as it should - EXCEPT!, I have no injector pulse. The car will run on carb cleaner, I have spark, I have fuel, just ZERO pulse from injectors. I have replaced the distributor (for crank sensor, etc.) as well as the ECM being new. I switched my old ignition cylinder to the new steering column too.

I heard from someone the other day that it could be because I dont have the stereo plugged in.....???

Thoughts?? I need some help PLEASE. TIA
