Low Idle

Low Idle
So i recently did put a new head gasket on my ef, before i took it apart it had a good idle at about 900 rpms. When i put back together and started it would have a low idle at around 100 and almost kill itself? Could it be my IACV?
Any Ideas!!!

Check to make sure all the grounds were reinstalled.
Check each electrical connector by unplugging it and looking for any signs of coolant/fluids, then reconnect them tight.
Also try a smoke test to find any vacuum leaks.
