No Dash cluster or Climate light

Everything works fine before, once I installed JVC cd player in the car with harness wiring, I followed every single same color wire and made sure everything was in order. The cd player works fine, but now the dash light and climate light don't work? All the fuses are fine, no blown fuse or anything. Headlight and everything works. I researched and found out that the yellow wire is not nessecary to connect together with other yellow wire. Am I doing anything wrong?
I will appreciate if someone explain me whats the deal with this? Thank you.

Re: No Dash cluster or Climate light

This happens a lot when you mess with something behind that panel. Check the wiring (not the radio wiring, the other wiring) for bad wires or loose/bad connections.

Re: No Dash cluster or Climate light

Look, you pulled the panel, right? Then you would have seen the wires leading to the climate controls (if not dis-connected them for better access) and the harness at the back of the cavity going towards the gauges.

Pull the panel out some, turn the ignition ON, then wiggle the wires to see if anything happens.

Wow, looking at that last post of mine I think I was a little rude. Yeah, wiggle the wires and post back.

Re: No Dash cluster or Climate light

I dont think that helped, I think I messed up with the dimmer wire and yellow wire illumination or something? I guess I have to get a used clutcher and wiring harness.
