Suspension CLUNK!!! HELP!

Suspension CLUNK!!! HELP!
When I hit a bump or dip in the road just right I get a pretty loud CLUNK in the front end. It's normally in the right front and once in awhile in the left front.

I'm guessing it has to be the shocks wearing out anyone else have that problem?
