civic 1997 horn & brakelights problem

car is 1997 Honda civic 1.4 petrol

The problem is all 3-rear brakelights and the horn are not working at all.

I have checked the fuses, the horn and brakelights operate on the same fuse, but the fuse is ok.

Can anyone offer any help/ advice as to the problem?

Flashers and keyless o.k. ?? They also tap into the same constant power feed line. (different fuses)

I will try to put together some info, It may help you or your mechanic troubleshoot the problem.

No brake lights is not a safe thing.

Edit: From what I could tell the constant power is supplied to the under-hood fuse box and then distributed to the fuses for the constant power devices.

I would also try another 15 Amp fuse #52 just in case, insert and remove the fuse a few times into the holder to help clean up the contacts a bit.

I have some wiring info put together, if you want/need it I can scan it for you. Just let me know.
