Noise when I turn off radio

Noise when I take off CD
I get this noise from the subs when I take off the cd, it sounds like a dull loud sound from the subs like its suppost to be off but it doesnt turn off. Even when I push the power on my amp, subs are like full blast, whats wrong with them? My friend said to check and see if a positive and negative are touching eachother. My remote is fine BTW.

Rep Power: 0 it has to be the remote turn on..or..your HU is messed up and picking up alot of low frequency noise..does it make any sound with the HU completely off?..if it does..there's something funky goin on...if it does not..it's your signal path...run your RCA's somewhere else..
