Power down the right.. RCA's down the left.. ground to the rear seat bolt. Do not cross any RCA's and power wires..

I mean don't cross the power wire with the RCA's... just pull off the little plastic cover..remove the screw..and pry off..

By not having the RCA's in contact to or even close to the power and ground wires

the only way RCA's will pick noise from speaker wires is if they are unshielded..or your running about 300 watts through the speaker wires..

I think mecp recomends that you have your rca and power wires at least 18 inches apart from each other or you get noise

Have any of you guys ran your wires through the center console? I have my power through the passenger (4 gauge) and I ran my RCAs through the center console...

alternator whine can also be cause by a bad ground, make sure that your ground point is a good connection....

strange tho that it is heppening with a stock deck, and no amps....... curious.......

#1 Go buy a better RCA cable...

#2 Buy a better ground

#3 Make sure you have no paint between the ground connector and where it touches the car for the grounding point.... (SAND IT OFF if you need to)

My $.02
