ok ive got everything done except how to wire the sub to the amp, ive got an eclipse dvc with the terminals on either side of the sub and a 1000w class d memphis amp. i just want to know the correct way to wire this sub to the amp. ive done a lot of systems b4 i just havent ever messed with a dual voice coil sub b4 and i dont want to mess anything up

well the Memphis ST1000D puts otu full power into a 1ohm load. You can wire your subs to a 2ohm load, in which the amp will only put out 600Wrms..

if i had the terminal on the amp into a 1 ohm load then what would i do on the sub?

Nothing.. you don't set the amp to any ohm loads.. the ohm load presented is that of the subs voice coils..
